Since 2009, Jasanya Jones pioneered this Birthday tradition with her birthday beach lime on Sun June 16th of that year. On facebook, the albums "My Birthday Beach Lime...I love my friends" and "Skittles B'day with her 3E Family [Beach]" showcase the joy of simply enjoying an evening of relaxation as a "family". It is interesting to note that after this Jasanya suggested we have more beach limes similar to her birthday beach lime and this eventually evolved into our popular "Not another EEEmpire® Beach Lime" series of beach limes.
Here is an eight minute clip of the random action at Jasanya's Beach lime:
Jonathan Morgan spent his first week of summer vacation in Trinidad, working arduously to ensure the perfect college Graffiti Glow experience for all. Right after this, he celebrated his birthday in collaboration with the Triple E Fam, hosting a retreat and meeting for committee members only and then a lime after for family and friends.
This great event was encouraged by a very small 'Birthday Club' lime at Jonathan's St Joseph home the week before; on the day of his Birthday.
This pre lime is best explained by this video:
"What in my opinion opened the Birthday Club was the cake and lime at Jonathan's house for his Birthday, it was a close knit, quiet lime. Sometimes we should appreciate the finer things in life, aside from all the hustle and bustle and 3E Birthday club ensures that we have events which allow for this." said Ken Sambury, organizer of both the smaller house lime and the larger retreat and birthday celebration.
To date the Birthday Club has been instrumental in making the members of the Triple E Family feel appreciated not just for their business expertise or marketing savvy, but for their own individual personality blend which makes 3E a business, a committee, a conglomerate but still a family.
This club has brought Stefan Guevera to tears, made Ken Sambury smile for pictures (which he never does), and allow Jonathan Morgan to say that he is proud, not just that our profits are more than our expenditure but proud of the unity derived from our Family activities. Remarkable occasions to say the least! All those readers who may be peeved that they can't 'join' this Birthday Club are admonished not to worry, these Birthday Club activities are never exclusive to 3E members. Friends and family are usually invited and if its Ken, he may just have a Party in the PARK for the entire neighborhood.
Here is a picture and a video we find most interesting, check them all out in the album: Triple E Family Life. ® and at eeempire on youtube etc
Niceness :)lol @ Party in the Park (which was a great idea btw)
