Graffiti Splash moved to 2011 to make way for GLOW!

Today the decision was made to move the much anticipated sequel to the first College Graffiti Experience to May 28th 2011.

General Manager of communications at WASA Ellen Lewis said on Tuesday 9th February the Water and Sewerage Authority Act Ch 54:40 applied to everyone. I quote:
"The law has universal applicability, including all private and State property. Based on the information received, we have been able to verify that water was being used to water the grounds at the prime minister's residence. We have, however, reminded the household's grounds management of the hosepipe restriction in effect as of midnight on February 3, and as such, they are to cease forthwith the use of any hose, sprinkler or similar-type apparatus for the transmission of water,.."

It is to facilitate maximum enjoyment of all patrons that we have decided to postpone our WATER driven event to 2011 when hopefully their would be enough water available for all of us.

However, do not be daunted, everything happens for a reason.
As such we would STILL host the college GRAFFITI experience II , now dubbed GRAFFITI GLOW!


This college theme party(GRAFFITI GLOW ) comprises of college students wearing plain white t-shirts who write all over each other with GLOW IN THE DARK markers\a paint brush\abeer\crayons. As it gets later in the night, and people get more intoxicated, the messages get more interesting. It is especially fun trying to read your white t-shirt the next morning, usually there will be some funny and obscene stuff in words and pictures.
